The staff,reception, the rooms were so smart Morden technology facilities, It's quite, no drunkards around,it's a dignified place where you can bring in respected people like parents and in-laws for a stay.

The Hotel has spacious rooms which they should furnish maybe a couch and a coffee table will do and remove the old metal furniture. As time goes on you may consider putting in an aircon and a fridge.

Staff was all great. Desk clerk very gracious when the credit card wouldn't run (we were not sure if it was our card or the network). Room was clean. Breakfast was good, with unlimited coffee, which I need in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

The room was clean the only issue was they was no hot water from the shower had a cold shower.

Free tea and coffee. Hot shower. Free wifi. I visited at midnight but the staff were very kind and polite.

The hotel staff was fabulous. A big thank you to Mr Sibanda at reception. He welcomed us with professionalism and warm hands.
